Graduated from the Department of International Relations and International Law of the Kyiv Shevchenko State University and the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine. Since February 1996 - in the diplomatic service.Worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine as the Attaché (1996-1997), the Third Secretary of the Embassy of Ukraine to the United States (1997-1999), Second and First Secretary of the Department of the US and Canada IV Territorial Department (2001-2002), the First Secretary, counsellor at the Embassy of Ukraine in Canada (2002-2006), counsellor at the Department of the Military-Technical Cooperation and Export Control (2006-2008).
In 2008-2012 - counsellor at the Embassy of Ukraine in Kenya. As the Charge d'Affaires of Ukraine in the Republic of Kenya (2008-2010), took part in the rescue of the Faina ship and its crew.
In 2012-2014 - Head of the Department of the Russian Federation and the Territorial department at the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine.
